Chocolate Brownies with Nuts

  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Sugar Twin® Sucralose Granulated White Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a large bowl, combine and beat the melted butter and SugarTwin®. Combine the flour and baking powder and mix well to combine. Set aside a baking pan. Combine the eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder and walnuts. Mix together well and pour all batter into a prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then cut into 12 squares.
